Richmond Hotel Tokyo Musashino

The hotel is in a very convenient location in Musashino, next to several supermarkets, convenience stores and to Mitaka Station. The hotel during check-in provides you with many different maps of the area with shops, restaurants, bus/train stops along with railway maps. Very clean and well organized room with many amenities to freely get from the reception. The buffet/a-la-carte restaurant below is also very convenient. Vending machines and laundrette are available easily reachable within the hotels. We did few laundries by oursevels.

Reasonsbly close to the train station and gibhli museum, which was the main reason for me staying there. The staffs were really helpful and friendly.

I was able to drop off luggage before check-in time. They also offer complementary items at check-in. Everything was explained well. Check-out was also very simple as you can do it by yourself at the kiosk machine in the lobby.

Clean, modern

Very friendly staff and exceptional service. A small room but expected in Tokyo. Despite the size it was very clean, tidy, comfortable. They have drip coffee instead of instant coffee which was a bonus!
